Q2 > Q1- Spring into Action

Did you and your associates hit your Q1 targets? Regardless of the answer to that question we MUST improve in Q2! If we aren’t moving forward, then we are slipping back. Famous boxer Oscar De La Hoya contested that “there is always space for improvement, no matter how long you've been in the business.” I would concur and in my way of thinking there are a litany of reason why a search consultant might not succeed.

Here are my TOP 6:
⦁ Low energy – not enough activity
⦁ Lack of discipline – not staying on task
⦁ Poor Planning – not having each and every day mapped out for success
⦁ Weak Communication – poor skills and lack of market connect time
⦁ Poor Content – marketing, recruiting, closing scripts are insufficient
⦁ Lackluster Process – search process in not thorough enough from start to finish
